Wadi Surgicals is India’s first and largest manufacturer of NITRILE GLOVES. With a state-of-the-art factory located in Visakhapatnam the company is producing high-quality non-Latex gloves under our brand “Enliva.” Our gloves are widely used in the medical and healthcare industry, pharmaceutical sector, and hospitality sector.
Job Summary:
We are actively seeking result-oriented Sales Executive & Managers to join our dynamic team across the country. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building distributor networks across the country and abroad. The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities (The responsibilities outlined below are inclusive of, but not restricted to the following):
- Execute sales to drive business growth.
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close sales deals to meet individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and pricing strategies to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential customers and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, analysis of sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product certifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Experience in Medical Consumable Sales
- Familiarity with Gloves, PPE or related products.
- Understanding of sales channels and distribution networks is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
